At 30A Lactation, our mission has always been to support families and the people who care for them. By offering both BLS and First Aid/CPR/AED training, we're helping our community feel more prepared and empowered to respond in emergencies at home, at work, and wherever life takes them. Classes are available for individuals, families, businesses, childcare providers, healthcare teams and community groups.
Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Training
First Aid/CPR/AED training is designed for parents, grandparents, babysitters, teachers, coaches, and community members who want to be prepared for common emergencies. Same day certification available with the American Red Cross.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Training
Basic Life Support is a more advanced course, typically for healthcare professionals and others who need a higher level of CPR training, including team-based response, and use of a bag-mask device. Same day BLS certifications available with the American Red Cross.
Babysitters Training
Preparing the next generation of caregivers with the skills and confidence they need to safely care for infants and children. The American Red Cross Babysitter's Training course is designed for youth ages 11-16 who want to become responsible, capable babysitters. This hands-on course teaches important childcare skills.
